The headquarters of the association is located in Dschang, Republic of Cameroon.

General Eligibility Conditions: SADEC is open to any physical person of good faith wishing to contribute actively to our missions, without distinction of gender, religion, or ethnicity.
How to join us?
Apply: Submit an official request and complete the membership form.
Commit: Fully adhere to SADEC's objectives, values, statutes, and internal rules.
Contribute: Pay, if applicable, the membership fees set by the General Assembly.
Fees and Contributions: The amount of the annual membership fee is set by the General Assembly. To maintain your active status, all fees must be settled during the first quarter of each year.
Payment Regularity
Deadline: 6 months maximum.
Arrears Penalty: Any member overdue by more than six (06) months will have their voting rights suspended until their situation is fully regularized.
Loss of Membership Status: Membership status is lost following a resignation, suspension, exclusion, or death.
Resignation Procedure: To resign, any member must address a written notification letter to the Executive Bureau.
Grounds for Exclusion: Any member whose actions threaten the continuity or integrity of the association may be excluded by decision of the General Assembly.

The General Assembly brings together all members of the association. It oversees management, validates statutory amendments, and holds the following key roles:
This group of elected members is responsible for defining the strategic orientation and supervising all activities of the association. Its purpose is to collectively represent the interests of the organization and ensure that the mission is carried out with rigor and transparency.
To ensure the validity and democracy of the association's decisions, voting rules are defined as follows:
Placed under the leadership and responsibility of an Executive Director, the Executive Bureau manages daily operations, implements projects, and ensures the operational follow-up of all SADEC actions.
General management and representation of the operational body.
Administrative coordination and follow-up of instances.
Assistance to the Secretary General in her duties.
Supervision and field deployment of projects.
Budgetary, accounting, and resource management.
Expertise, guidance, and strategic support.
Services rendered by members are voluntary. However, expenses incurred in the fulfillment of their missions may be reimbursed.

Regular, honest, and transparent accounting is strictly maintained.
All receipts and expenditures are backed by proper supporting documents.
Annual financial statements are presented to the General Assembly and held at the disposal of the competent administrative authority.
